Job summary

Kerry Group is seeking a Supply Planner for an onsite UK role to develop and maintain supply plans across the network. You will work with cross-functional teams to balance demand, capacity, and inventory while focusing on OTIF and working capital performance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics to ensure continuous supply and robust planning processes. Strong Excel and SAP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain/ops or related field.
• Experience in Supply Planning or Production Planning roles.
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• ERP familiarity with SAP helpful.
• Experience with planning tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term supply plans.
• Balance demand with manufacturing capacity and material constraints.
• Manage planning alerts and exceptions such as shortages.
• Develop Master Production Schedules to optimize resources.
• Monitor inventory levels and turnover, supporting working capital.
• Coordinate with Material Planning to address component shortages.
• Support S&OP processes with scenario planning and risk assessment.
• Drive schedule stability and continuous improvement.
