Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Integration Specialist to align supplier plans with programme requirements, report to the Senior Supply Chain Development Manager, and enhance planning and forecasting across the supply base.

The role requires experience in regulated or safety-critical environments and travel to supplier sites, with a hybrid work model from Derby, Manchester, or Warrington offices. Competitive package and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning and scheduling to meet delivery requirements.
• Strong understanding of SIOP processes balancing demand, supply and business objectives.
• Proven Capacity Planning experience identifying constraints and implementing solutions.
• Knowledge of Inventory Management to maintain optimum stock levels and mitigate risks.
• Experience using MRP/ERP systems to support planning and decision-making.

• Improve supplier planning, forecasting and capacity management capability.
• Assess supplier capacity and resource planning.
• Review forecasting and SIOP processes.
• Validate production planning approaches.
• Align supplier plans with programme schedules.
