Job summary

Talantir is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support SAP-based stock control and supply chain activities in our UK operations. You will analyse stock levels, manage replenishment, and collaborate with logistics to optimise inventory and procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of supply chain activities.
• Proactive, flexible and highly organised.
• High PC literacy and data analytics software incl. MS Excel.
• SAP experience and effective communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• SAP Data Management & Control – stock control.
• Manage and procure finished pack products into Distribution Warehouse.
• Analyse stock levels and maintain consolidated stock files.
• Perform back order and stock level reviews.
• Expedite replenishment requirements for packaging.
• Coordinate vendor control and ISO data updates.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports and weekly analyses.
• Support imports logistics and international loads.
• Address customer complaints and non-conformities.
