Job summary

Lyreco Group in Telford seeks a Supply Chain Planner to manage suppliers, monitor service levels, and place orders to ensure timely delivery. You will analyze backorders and implement continuous improvement plans while coordinating supplier returns where necessary.

The role requires SAP experience, advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and pivots), and strong negotiation ability to interact across the business. This is a Monday–Friday, on-site position in Telford.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Supply Chain Modules.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work with all levels of the business.
• Stock management experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Planning to manage suppliers, evaluate service level and establish action plans.
• Monitor supplier service level improvement plans and follow up.
• Place purchase orders and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze root causes of backorders and devise improvement plans.
• Handle supplier litigation and plan returns when needed.
