Qualifications

Proven experience in end-to-end supply chain management in a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading teams and collaborating across functions to deliver objectives.
Strong understanding of demand, inventory, production planning and logistics.

Responsibilities

Lead demand planning, inventory planning and production planning with clear processes across areas.
Forecast demand with sales and manufacturing to align capacity and material availability.
Oversee order fulfilment and logistics for timely, cost-efficient deliveries.
Manage procurement of direct and indirect materials, balancing cost, quality and delivery.
Build supplier relationships and lead negotiations on contracts and performance improvements.
Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes and drive KPIs.
