Job summary

Teledyne Energetics UK is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain activities across procurement, planning, inventory, stores and logistics. You will develop strategies to optimise cost, quality, delivery and customer satisfaction while ensuring supply continuity.

You will manage a team, implement S&OP processes, and collaborate with Operations, Finance and Engineering to meet build plans and OTIF targets within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within Supply Chain Management in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, planning, inventory management, warehousing and logistics.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and performance.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement across procurement, planning, inventory, stores and logistics.
• Support business growth through scalable supply chain processes and systems.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity.
• Lead the development of production plans aligned to demand and capacity.
• Negotiate supply agreements and drive supplier development.
• Establish inventory policies and controls to optimise stock levels.
• Lead monthly Demand and Supply Review and cross‑functional planning.
