Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Tewkesbury is seeking a proactive Production Engineer to join our Engineering team. This hands-on role combines technical problem solving, continuous improvement and new product introduction to support operations and growth.

You will drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, reduce waste and ensure safe, capable processes that meet customer requirements across production, quality and supply chain.

Qualifications

• HND in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment.
• Experience of process improvement and manufacturing controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional working skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the manufacture of TSS Tewkesbury products and resolve day-to-day manufacturing issues.
• Lead manufacturing improvement projects from concept through to implementation.
• Support NPI activities to assess manufacturability and production feasibility.
• Manage engineering and improvement projects within budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance to maximise equipment performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental and health & safety requirements.
