Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Supply Chain Development Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract to lead strategic projects within the Group Supply Chain - North. You will drive initiatives, manage multiple workstreams and collaborate with Finance to deliver measurable commercial impact.

The role focuses on improving efficiency, sustainability and compliance across the supply chain, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supply chain environment, ideally with distributor knowledge.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, controls and performance management.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects and multiple workstreams.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Analytical skills and ability to interrogate and present data (Excel).
• Experience with budgets and financial performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic supply chain projects across multiple workstreams.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, increase revenue and improve service.
• Develop initiatives to improve distributor performance and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Finance to build business cases and track ROI.
• Develop end-to-end supply chain KPIs and reporting for insight.
• Champion continuous improvement and embed new processes.
