Greene King is seeking a Supply Chain Development Manager to own a portfolio of development projects from inception to implementation. You will lead multi-workstream initiatives, deliver measurable benefits, and collaborate with Finance to build robust business cases.

You will champion end-to-end KPIs, strengthen supplier performance and drive sustainability within the supply chain. A growth mindset and strong stakeholder influence will be essential to succeed in this role.

Formación

• Previous experience in a Supply Chain environment, ideally with distributor knowledge.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, controls and performance management.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and multiple workstreams.
• The confidence to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interrogate data - using Excel.
• Experience working with budgets, commercial data and financial performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership through team management or delivery of complex projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage strategic supply chain projects.
• Identify and deliver opportunities to reduce costs, increase revenue and improve service across the supply chain.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve distributor performance, operational effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
• Work with Finance to build robust business cases, evaluate ROI and track financial impact.
• Develop and evolve end-to-end supply chain KPIs, performance measures and reporting.
• Champion continuous improvement, challenging processes and embedding better ways of working across the Supply Chain team.
• Ensure new processes are documented, governed and embedded for sustainability.
• Monitor regulatory developments to keep the supply chain compliant and future-ready.
• Explore opportunities for third-party collaboration and new revenue streams.
• Raise the profile of sustainable supply chain across the business.
