Kingfisher is seeking a fixed-term 12-month role focused on optimising supply chain operations across our global network. You will drive efficiency and cost savings, aligning decisions with strategic objectives while partnering with vendors, buying teams and our retail banners.

The ideal candidate will disrupt traditional practices, lead end-to-end projects with contingency plans, and influence across cultures to deliver improvements that enhance customer availability and service levels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure supply chain requirements are integrated into product decisions to maximise availability and minimise costs.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage global relationships and collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, buying teams and our retail banners.
• Influence across cultures to engage stakeholders throughout the supply chain.
• Disrupt traditional practices and find innovative solutions to meet changing customer demand.
• Deliver change through owning end-to-end projects with contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
• Use your expertise and influence on all aspects of supply chain management as a trusted partner.
