Valeo Foods in Heanor, UK, is seeking a Supplier & Raw Materials Technologist to oversee supplier management, risk control and ethical sourcing across our raw material base. Hybrid role, three days on site, with close collaboration across Procurement, Technical and Quality teams.

You'll drive HACCP/BRC compliance, supplier audits and material specifications, supporting continuous improvement and customer confidence in our supply chain. Driving licence required; food industry experience essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in the food industry with supplier management focus.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and BRC standards.
• Proven ability to conduct supplier audits and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Full driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Manage supplier base and maintain approved supplier list.
• Lead raw material risk assessments and testing schedules.
• Oversee material traceability and mass balance.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, BRC and other standards.
• Conduct supplier audits per risk-based schedule.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Technical and Quality teams.
