Job summary

Stantec in London is seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to balance delivery, leadership and client relationships within a multidisciplinary civil & structural team. You will take ownership of structural delivery from concept to construction across diverse building projects, ensuring technical quality, schedule alignment and commercial performance.

You will also oversee resources and budgets, contribute to bids and proposals, and help grow client relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng/MEng) required.
• Chartered with IStructE or ICE preferred.
• Experience leading engineers and developing teams.
• Interest in building client relationships and contributing to bids/proposals.

Responsibilities

• Own structural engineering delivery across building projects.
• Maintain programme, budget and quality to meet client expectations.
