Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London is seeking an EMEA Strategic Sponsorships & Tickets Analyst to coordinate sponsorship requests, manage allocations and approvals, and support planning and onsite delivery for key events.

You will partner with stakeholders across lines of business and the events team to keep processes organized, maintain master data, and contribute to planning and delivery for major sponsorship properties.

Responsibilities

• Run the joint mailbox and tracker, acting as the first point of contact for requests.
• Manage hospitality catering approvals and orders.
• Manage client nominations and master data for large events.
• Oversee ticket allocation, order management and approvals.
• Learn sponsorship scope and communicate it internally and externally.
• Update asset trackers, calendars and sponsorship/event calendars.
• Liaise with business and admins to share updates and opportunities.
• Maintain data hygiene and consistency across systems.
• Assist with on-site planning and facilitation for sponsorships.
