United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Vendor Management Senior Analyst to build and support a vendor management and strategic sourcing program, maximizing value from vendor relationships and managing third-party risk.

The role can be performed remotely within the UK or from our London, Holborn office. If based within 35 miles of London, on-site two days a week with remote flexibility on other days.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in strategic sourcing and vendor management, ideally in Payments/FinTech/SaaS.
• Proven track record in contract negotiations and redlines.
• Understanding regulatory requirements and risk management in payments/fintech/banking.

Responsibilities

• Support the company’s strategic sourcing and vendor management vision, processes, and tools.
• Assist in contract negotiation, administration, amendments, and coordination with legal, compliance, security, and finance.
