Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a Strategic Commercial Supply Chain Lead to own and evolve sourcing strategies across core spend categories. You will drive total cost optimization, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and governance, acting as the internal business owner for your portfolio.

The role covers strategy, category management, end-to-end sourcing, vendor relationship management, and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management within construction supply chain environments.
• Education: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commercial, or related field.
• Procurement certification is preferred but not essential if there is a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements long-term category strategies and roadmaps.
• Leads end-to-end sourcing processes (RFIs, PQQs, RFPs, ITTs) and negotiations.
• Partners with Operations, Commercial and Estimating to ensure supply chain alignment with delivery and bid outcomes.
• Responsible for vendor onboarding, KPI tracking, and supplier performance improvement.
• Manages risk, governance, and compliance with procurement policies.
