Randstad Technologies Recruitment in the United Kingdom seeks a German-speaking Strategic Sourcing Specialist to drive candidate attraction and build active talent pipelines.

You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support fast-paced hiring needs, manage ATS data, and optimize sourcing metrics. Initial in-person training sessions are required in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Formación

• Fluent German and English required (written and spoken).
• Background in talent sourcing/recruitment or fast-paced customer service/sales.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and Boolean search techniques.
• Location: able to attend in-person training in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Responsabilidades

• Talent sourcing: build diverse candidate pipelines via job boards, social channels, Boolean search and databases.
• Stakeholder and candidate engagement: partner with hiring teams and maintain communication with candidates.
• Data & ATS management: maintain ATS records, track sourcing metrics and optimize recruitment efficiency.

Overview:

We are looking for a German-speaking Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. You will drive candidate attraction, build active talent pipelines, and collaborate directly with recruiters and hiring managers to support fast-paced hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Leverage job boards, social channels, Boolean search, and databases to build diverse candidate pipelines.
• Stakeholder & Candidate Engagement: Partner with hiring teams to understand role profiles and maintain seamless communication with candidates.
• Data & ATS Management: Maintain accurate records in the ATS, track sourcing metrics, and evaluate trends to optimize recruitment efficiency.

Requirements:

• Languages: Fluent German and English (written & spoken) OR Experience in DACH Market.
• Experience: Background in talent sourcing/recruitment OR fast-paced Customer Service / Sales.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with ATS platforms, Boolean search techniques, and recruitment tools.
• Location: Ability to attend initial in-person training sessions in Newcastle upon Tyne.
