Randstad Technologies Recruitment is seeking a German-speaking Strategic Sourcing Specialist to drive candidate attraction and build active pipelines. You will collaborate directly with recruiters and hiring managers to support fast-paced hiring needs and ensure timely, quality matches.

The role emphasizes strong communication, data management in ATS, and leveraging Boolean search techniques to optimize recruitment effectiveness. Newcastle training is required.

Qualificações

• Fluent German and English (written and spoken) or experience in the DACH market.
• Background in talent sourcing/recruitment or fast-paced customer service/sales.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, Boolean search techniques and recruitment tools.
• Ability to attend initial in-person training sessions in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Responsabilidades

• Source and build diverse candidate pipelines using job boards, social channels, Boolean search and databases.
• Engage with hiring teams and candidates to maintain clear communication and understand role profiles.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS, track sourcing metrics and identify trends to improve efficiency.
