Computacenter Manchester is seeking a seasoned Customer Solutions Architect - Managed Services to drive strategic, service-led propositions across workplaces, applications and data, cloud and data centre, networks and security. You will align commercial and delivery workstreams, and influence senior stakeholders to shape differentiated service solutions.

Qualifications
- Significant IT industry experience, typically 10+ years.
- Proven ability to shape complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
- Experience with managed services, commercial governance and deal structures.
- Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders and CXO-level discussions.
- Strong presentation, storytelling and written communication skills.
Responsabilités
- Engage early in new business, renewals and complex growth opportunities.
- Shape campaign strategy and the overall service-led solution direction.
- Translate customer priorities into a coherent, differentiated proposition.
- Own the strategic solution narrative for executive stakeholders.
- Guide customers and internal teams through complex, multi-technology choices.
- Provide governance across service, commercial and delivery workstreams.
