Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a senior, customer-facing professional in Managed Services Sales to shape integrated campaigns and ensure the proposition is differentiated and commercially viable. You will work with opportunity owners to align strategy, narrative and delivery across workstreams.

You will combine broad technology credibility with a strong understanding of Managed Services to influence senior stakeholders and guide customers through complex decisions, turning ambiguity into a clear path

Qualifications

Significant IT industry experience, typically 10 years or more.
Demonstrable experience shaping complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities.
Experience combining technology, service and commercial considerations into a clear customer proposition.
Experience with pre-sales, bid processes and progressing opportunities towards closure.

Responsibilities

Engage early in new business, renewal, complex growth and service-extension opportunities.
Shape campaign strategy and set the overall service-led solution direction.
Translate customer priorities into a coherent and differentiated proposition.
Own the strategic solution narrative for executive stakeholders.
Act as a trusted senior advisor articulating strategy and value to C-suite.
