Job summary

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is seeking a Senior Software System Setup & Integration Analyst to deliver and configure the WFS Suite for diverse clients. The role blends coding, testing, and client collaboration to solve business challenges through configuration and integration.

You will work in a hybrid setting with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, traveling up to 50% as needed. Strong JavaScript/SQL skills and experience with packaged software are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of software implementations experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience with JavaScript and/or SQL.
• Experience implementing or training on a packaged software system or complex custom application.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies in a services delivery role.
• Familiarity with a report writer such as Crystal Reports, Cognos, Actuate, etc.
• Ability to travel up to 50% with potential for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Configure the WorkForce Software Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations) per client requirements using JavaScript, HTML, or other scripting tools.
• Lead and participate in client workshops and requirements gathering with documentation.
• Understand the WorkForce Software product configuration and its impact on databases and templates.
• Identify out-of-scope requirements and escalate to key stakeholders.
• Guide complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges.
• Communicate roadblocks and seek guidance promptly.
• Create complex formulas using mathematical or programming skills.
• Perform unit and system testing and ensure test cases pass as specified.
