Job summary

PwC UK seeks an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the firm’s social channels and internal influencer strategy. You will shape strategy, manage operations, and develop a scalable influencer framework while partnering with Digital Marketing and Corporate Affairs.

You will oversee a Social Media Senior Associate, influence senior stakeholders, and drive thought leadership across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading social media strategies for a large organisation or recognised brand.
• Experience building or managing influencer, thought leadership or employee advocacy programmes.
• Comfort influencing senior stakeholders and building relationships across multiple teams.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and operational leadership.
• Experience managing people and developing high-performing teams.
• Passion for social media innovation, audience engagement and emerging platform trends.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering the firm's social media and influencer marketing strategy.
• Managing and coaching a Social Media Senior Associate, supporting performance and development.
• Leading the internal influencer programme, identifying and nurturing thought leaders across the business.
• Partnering with Marketing, Corporate Affairs and business stakeholders to support key campaigns and activations.
• Analysing performance data and campaign metrics to optimise content, engagement and investment.
• Overseeing social media operations, including inbound requests, workload prioritisation, governance and best practice.
