Qualifications
- Strong Commercial SME underwriting experience with broad cross-class knowledge.
- Deep understanding of underwriting principles, risk assessment and market dynamics.
- Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Experience contributing to product development, underwriting proposition enhancement, or process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and successfully deliver solutions.
