You will shape underwriting standards, governance frameworks and portfolio oversight, collaborating with underwriting, claims, product, legal and actuarial teams to identify risks and drive improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Strong Financial Lines experience gained through underwriting or another relevant technical discipline.
• Technical knowledge of Management Liability, D&O and/or Financial Institutions business.
• Ability to analyse complex issues and provide practical underwriting guidance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong awareness of emerging risks, market developments and customer outcomes.
• Experience using portfolio analytics and data-driven insights.
• Exposure to governance, oversight or underwriting controls.
• Interest in AI and emerging technology within underwriting.
