Allica Bank is building a dedicated Relationship Manager team to serve established SMEs. You will manage a portfolio of SME customers, nurture trusted relationships, and originate lending opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

You will work in a flexible, hybrid environment with a focus on business development and maintaining a strong network of SME advisors. A passion for SMEs and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in SME banking and commercial lending.
• Proven track record in building high-value, trust-based relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME customers and identify opportunities to support them with Allica Bank products.
• Originate SME lending opportunities from enquiry to completion, including credit papers.
• Deliver local business plan and development objectives.
• Provide excellent service to customers, prospects and advisors.
