Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive growth through regional accounting firm partnerships. You will own the end-to-end experience, from introductions to onboarding and funding, coordinating with Relationship Managers for lending needs.

The role involves regional travel and close collaboration with Marketing to run events. You will nurture relationships with accountants, build trust through a consultative approach, and become the go-to contact for partner firms while expanding

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales and account management.
• Strong understanding of SMEs and value of professional advisors (accountants).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with credibility with partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a regional portfolio of accounting firms, guiding them through the pipeline to repeat introductions.
• Build trust through a consultative approach, positioning Allica as the bank accountants recommend.
• Grow Allica's presence via regional travel and in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders.
• Introduce Business Rewards Account and other products, owning onboarding and funding journeys.
• Qualify and refer clients with lending needs to the appropriate Relationship Manager.
• Be the dedicated contact for the accounting firms at Allica and support playbooks.
