Job summary

AFR Consulting, a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing business in the UK, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead a small finance team, deliver timely management information, and drive financial controls across multiple sites. The role requires CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification and a track record of managing change in a manufacturing environment.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX review, and reporting, while building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to cost reduction

Qualifications

• Qualified with CIMA/ACCA/ACA.
• Experience in a multisite manufacturing environment.
• Experience driving change and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team responsible for AP, AR and management accounts production.
• Provide monthly MI including variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and cashflow; monitor working capital.
