Job summary

Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) in Manchester seeks a Sr. Shipper Experience Manager to own the operational relationship with our most complex shippers and shape strategy across the organisation.

You will define the playbook, mentor the team, and drive improvements through data, site visits, and executive- level collaboration. You will lead onboarding for multi-site shippers, align with partner teams, and deliver targeted business reviews that translate supply chain expertise into actionable

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior customer-facing role.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver measurable results in an agile environment.
• Experience influencing senior level stakeholders and presenting to executives.
• Proven data and metrics driven approach to drive organizational change.
• Experience in program management, logistics, operations, or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational relationship with a portfolio of Amazon Shipping's most complex and high-volume shippers.
• Independently develop account strategies for your portfolio where no playbook exists.
• Monitor and drive shipper performance across quality metrics and safety metrics.
• Lead onboarding of complex new shippers and define tailored onboarding approaches.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to reduce costs and improve outcomes for shippers.
• Host and present at business reviews and governance meetings with shippers.
