Kingston Bereavement Support (KBS) is seeking a Service Manager to provide strategic leadership for a high-quality bereavement service in Kingston Upon Thames. You will lead learning, drive service improvements and build strong partnerships with local GPs, funders and community groups.

The role requires demonstrated leadership, experience in staff development, and ability to evaluate service delivery while ensuring equal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable leadership skills.
• Adept at establishing and sustaining productive partnerships.
• Experience of managing experienced staff including personal development and objective setting.
• Experience of managing, monitoring and evaluating service or organisation provision.
• Practical experience of operational functions, ideally including IT, finance and marketing.
• Knowledge of fundraising through grants and other channels.
