Comms-care UK is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the contractual deliverables for assigned accounts and ensure end-to-end customer service within approved margins.

You will drive service improvements, follow ITIL practices, manage risks, and coordinate with the Account Manager to identify opportunities and report on performance.

The role emphasizes client satisfaction, SLAs, CSATs and continual service delivery excellence for a growing MSP-focused partnership.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service delivery or similar managerial role within IT, preferably MSP.
• Strong IT channel knowledge and client relationship skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to engage stakeholders.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to improve service delivery.
• Track record in meeting SLAs and driving cost-effective improvements.

Responsabilités

• Deliver managed services and SLA/KPI improvements.
• Ensure contractual deliverables for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Manager to spot new opportunities.
• Engage stakeholders to confirm scope and expectations.
• Follow ITIL framework and manage delivery risks.
• Ensure monthly CSATs and reporting to clients.
• Introduce new services with proper monitoring and support.
• Maintain documentation and continual improvement plans.
• Present service reporting according to contracts.
