Palo Alto Networks in London is seeking a Service Contract Administrator (Contractor) to manage service scope requests and contracts. The role collaborates with Sales, Security Services, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, customers, and Partners to ensure timely fulfillment of SLAs and high-quality documents.

The contractor will oversee scope reviews, negotiations, and runbooks, while maintaining records and improving processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Managing service scoping cases and tracking status.
• Generating and updating service scoping documents.
• Reviewing service contracts for compliance with policies and identifying variances.
• Negotiating contract terms with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitoring and reporting service scope request volumes and escalations to management and Sales teams.
• Developing and refining service templates and guidelines for contracts and runbooks.
• Assist in planning, designing, and implementing business systems to optimize processes.
• Educating Sales and Go-to-Market teams on service scope procedures.
