Job summary

Sovereign Network Group in the UK is seeking a Service Charge Business Partner to join our Service Charges team. Based from our offices in Basingstoke or Wembley, you’ll share your time between the office and home in line with our hybrid approach.

There will be regular travel to both offices to ensure team collaboration. The Role reports to the Head of Service Charge Setting and Administration and focuses on improving service charge management, data analysis, and policy updates across regions,

Qualifications

• Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) or qualified by experience with knowledge of service charges and legislation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify improvement opportunities.
• Knowledge of quality improvement frameworks and best practices.
• Effective project management with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to translate financial information.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Familiar with data management systems and quality improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify service improvement opportunities across regions, tenures and services to improve data analysis and recoverability.
• Review data coding structures in legacy service charge systems and recommend improvements.
• Analyse service charge data and KPIs to identify trends and drive income optimisation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and address skill gaps within the teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational challenges and support contracts across services.
• Develop and maintain documentation for end-to-end service charge processes and policies.
