Responsibilities

• Lead the development of evidence-informed SEMH practice across schools, settings and services.
• Provide specialist consultation, advice and intervention for children and young people with SEMH needs.
• Work collaboratively with schools, settings, Assistant Educational Psychologists and partner agencies to strengthen inclusion and build capacity.
• Contribute to strategic SEND developments and county-wide improvement initiatives.
