Job summary

North Yorkshire Council is seeking two Specialist Senior Educational Psychologists Early Intervention to lead the development and delivery of inclusive, evidence-based psychological services in SEMH and Communication and Interaction. These pivotal roles require a master’s or doctorate in Educational Psychology and HCPC registration.

You will work collaboratively to develop early intervention programmes, influence strategy, and lead workforce development across services in North Yorkshire.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered as an Educational Psychologist.
• Masters or Doctorate in Educational Psychology completed and HCPC registered.
• Experience leading early intervention and service development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of inclusive psychological services in SEMH and Communication and Interaction.
• Develop and lead early intervention offers as part of the Experts At Hand approach.
• Influence strategy and practice while supervising and developing the workforce.
