Job summary

Bruntcliffe Academy is seeking an exceptional Vice Principal to join our senior leadership team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal and Executive Principal to secure high standards of teaching, behaviour and personal development for all students.

They will provide strategic and operational leadership, drive academy improvement, and lead on curriculum development, assessment and staff development to ensure every young person achieves their full potential.

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in a secondary school context.
Proven track record of raising standards and improving outcomes.
Experience leading curriculum development and whole-school improvement.
Commitment to inclusion and improving outcomes for disadvantaged students and SEND.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse data to drive improvement.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for teaching, learning, behaviour and personal development.
Collaborate with the Principal and Executive Principal to secure high standards across the academy.
Drive academy improvement and contribute to the realisation of the academy's vision and values.
Lead on curriculum development, assessment and staff development to support student success.
