• Provide visible, values-led leadership across the academy.
• Shape, implement and evaluate the academy improvement strategy.
• Lead high-quality teaching and attendance improvement initiatives.
• Promote safeguarding, inclusion and student welfare across the school.
• Line manage and performance-manage designated senior and middle leaders.
• Develop robust systems, data reporting and accountability for outcomes.
• Build partnerships with families, the community and Trust colleagues.
• Attend and lead meetings, contribute to budgets and academy events.
