You will provide strategic and operational leadership, drive academy improvement and develop colleagues through professional development, with a strong commitment to inclusion and ensuring every pupil achieves their full potential.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a secondary education setting.
• Proven track record of raising standards and improving outcomes.
• Experience leading curriculum development, teaching, learning, assessment and school improvement.
• Experience developing colleagues through professional development.
• Strong commitment to inclusion and improving outcomes for disadvantaged students and SEND.
