Job summary

Aspens Services is seeking a highly accomplished Operations Manager to oversee catering operations across a portfolio of Primary and Secondary school contracts. You will lead teams, manage contracts, and drive financial performance while upholding high service standards.

We require a seasoned professional with experience in hospitality or contract catering, strong coaching and communication skills, and a proactive, process-led approach to drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.

• Contract management and enhancement to meet client expectations and company standards.
• Financial oversight and cost control across contracted services.
• Uphold high food quality standards aligned with trends and best practices.
• Lead and develop line-managers, maintain high team engagement.
• Support business growth with retention efforts and new opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Hygiene procedures across sites.
