The Bridge Academy Trust is seeking a Permanent Director of Catering to lead catering across 11 schools, setting strategic direction and ensuring high-quality, nutritious meals that meet standards and offer value for money.

You will develop and empower the Schools Catering Managers, drive continuous improvement, and promote healthy choices while delivering consistency and excellence across all locations. This role requires inspirational leadership and collaboration with school leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading catering across multiple sites or a trust.
• Ability to develop and empower site catering managers.
• Strong focus on standards, nutrition and value for money.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of catering across 11 schools.
• Ensure meals meet National School Food Standards.
• Lead, motivate and support the Schools Catering Managers.
• Drive continuous improvement in catering provision.
• Ensure meals are high quality, nutritious and good value for money.
• Promote healthy choices and enhance the dining experience.
• Foster consistency, efficiency and excellence across all locations.
• Apply innovation and best practice across the Trust.
