The Education Alliance is seeking a Trust Catering Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership of catering services across the trust, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and financially sustainable provision for pupils, staff, and visitors.

The postholder will lead Catering Managers and catering teams across multiple schools, ensuring consistent standards and alignment with trust values and statutory requirements.

Formación

• Experience leading catering across multiple sites or large-scale services.
• Knowledge of school food standards and allergen management.
• Understanding of food safety, health and safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership of catering services across the trust.
• Lead and support Catering Managers and catering teams across schools.
• Ensure high-quality, compliant, and financially sustainable catering provision.
• Align catering operations with statutory requirements and commercial best practice.
