Bridge Academy Trust is seeking an exceptional Catering Lead to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of catering across 11 schools. The role focuses on high-quality, nutritious meals, value for money, and compliance with National School Food Standards.

You will lead, motivate and support our School Catering Managers, driving improvement and consistency across all locations. 37 hours per week, full-time, permanent.

Formación

• Strategic leadership experience in catering or food service management.
• Ability to lead and develop multiple managers across locations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of catering services across 11 schools.
• Lead, motivate and support School Catering Managers to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Ensure meals meet National School Food Standards and deliver value for money.
