Greenfield and Hurst Drive Federation seeks a highly motivated leader to head its business functions across two schools. You will oversee finance, administration, HR, premises and health & safety while supporting the Executive Headteacher and Governors to drive strategic, efficient operations.

The role offers collaboration with senior leaders to improve outcomes for children and families within a strong, inclusive federation culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in business, finance or operational management.
• Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Strategic thinking with attention to operational detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the Federation's business functions, including finance, administration, human resources, premises and health and safety.
• Support the Executive Headteacher, Governors and senior leaders to ensure effective, efficient operation of the Federation.
• Work across two inclusive and thriving settings to improve life chances for children and families.
