Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Federation's business functions (finance, administration, HR, premises and health and safety).
• Support the Executive Headteacher, Governors and senior leaders to ensure efficient operation.
• Contribute to strategic decision making and priority setting across two sites.
• Promote inclusion and improve outcomes for children and families.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, development and wellbeing across staff.
