easyJet in Luton is seeking a Schedule Design Analyst to join the central Scheduling team. You will lead analytical delivery of schedule scenarios, turning data into decision-ready insights to improve profitability, resilience and operational efficiency.

The role blends commercial focus with operational reality, with hybrid work (60% in the office) and a base salary plus up to 20% bonus. You’ll develop dashboards and use forecasts to guide stakeholders through trade-offs.

Qualifications

• Highly numerate, analytical and accurate with strong attention to detail.
• Able to communicate complex analysis clearly and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL/data mining beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead the analytical delivery of schedule scenarios, making KPIs, assumptions, risks and trade-offs visible at every stage of the planning cycle.
• Forecast commercial and operational performance, compare schedule options and identify drivers behind profitability and resilience.
• Turn complex data into decision-ready insights and presentations that guide stakeholders through challenging choices.
• Develop and improve dashboards, analytical methods and tools, and contribute to innovative projects that strengthen how schedules are designed and assessed.
