Job summary

easyJet is seeking a Schedule Design Analyst in Luton, with a hybrid work pattern requiring 60% in-office presence. You will lead analytical delivery of schedule scenarios, forecast performance, and present clear, data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and resilience.

The role focuses on turning complex data into decision-ready insights, developing dashboards, and influencing stakeholders through rigorous analysis in a fast-moving planning cycle.

Qualifications

• Highly numerate, analytical and accurate, with strong attention to detail.
• You can communicate complex analysis clearly and influence stakeholders with evidence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience of project management, SQL data mining or scheduling systems such as Amadeus SkySuite or Sabre AirVision would be useful, but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytical delivery of schedule scenarios, making KPIs, assumptions, risks and trade-offs visible at every stage of the planning cycle.
• Forecast commercial and operational performance, compare schedule options and identify drivers behind profitability and resilience.
• Turn complex data into decision-ready insights, recommendations and presentations for stakeholders.
• Develop and improve dashboards, analytical methods and tools, and contribute to innovative projects.
