Job summary

Amazon Ads is seeking an innovative, results-oriented Sr. Sales Operations Manager to design, plan and execute operational strategy supporting EU LCS advertising growth.

You will work with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to drive long-term expansion while ensuring data-driven decisions and tactical execution. The role emphasizes writing and communication skills, strategic thinking with limited direction, and impeccable judgment to collaborate across disciplines and deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in sales operations or equivalent.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.
• Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational infrastructure to support sales teams, establishing foundational processes, systems, and workflows that enable consistent execution across the organization.
• Execute day-to-day operational programs including territory planning, pipeline hygiene, and sales reporting to ensure sales teams have the tools and data needed to perform.
• Develop and implement programs, tools, and analytics to increase sales productivity, with hands-on ownership of system configuration, data integrity, and process documentation.
• Partner with sales leadership to translate business needs into operational requirements, then directly manage the tactical execution and ongoing maintenance of resulting initiatives.
• Identify operational gaps impacting sales performance, build mechanisms to close them, implement solutions, and monitor results to ensure sales teams can deliver on targets.
• Support ad hoc operational needs and special projects as they arise.
