SelectStaff Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead the company’s sales and marketing function and develop related teams. The role reports to the CEO and is office-based in the UK.

The role focuses on driving strategy, pricing, marketing, and commercial performance, with oversight of budgeting, governance, and GDPR compliance. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing position within residential property development or housebuilding.
• Experience leading a sales and marketing team.
• Marketing experience including digital marketing, social media and lead generation.
• Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales and marketing strategy to achieve targets and budgets.
• Oversee pricing, marketing and sales from appraisal through to completion to maximise performance.
• Drive Sales Strategy and Commercial Performance.
• Develop appraisal, research and planning initiatives.
• Oversee Marketing, Brand and Communications.
• Manage financial administration and reporting.
• Provide management reporting and participate in business meetings.
• Ensure activities comply with policies and delegated authority.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and integrity in all dealings.
• Stay updated on market trends and customer expectations in sales and marketing.
• Oversee GDPR compliance across the group.
