Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing position within residential property development or housebuilding.
• Experience leading a sales and marketing team.
• Marketing experience including digital marketing, social media and lead generation.
• Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales and marketing strategy to achieve targets and budgets.
• Oversee pricing, marketing and sales from appraisal through to completion to maximise performance.
• Drive Sales Strategy and Commercial Performance.
• Develop appraisal, research and planning initiatives.
• Oversee Marketing, Brand and Communications.
• Manage financial administration and reporting.
• Provide management reporting and participate in business meetings.
• Ensure activities comply with policies and delegated authority.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and integrity in all dealings.
• Stay updated on market trends and customer expectations in sales and marketing.
• Oversee GDPR compliance across the group.

Our cilent, well-established in their field, are seeking an experienced Sales and Markteting Director to join their team.

The main purpose of the role will be leading the Sales and Marketing function, managing and developing the relevant teams, and working closely with the CEO and other departments to ensure that sales and marketing activities support the company's overall business objectives.

This is a full-time office based role, reporting to the CEO.

ROLE:

• Lead and manage the company's sales and marketing strategy, ensuring that agreed sales targets, budgets and commercial objectives are achieved.
• Oversee the positioning, pricing, marketing and sales from initial appraisal through to completion, maximising sales performance and profitability.

• Management Reporting and Business Meetings.
