Strategic Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding) – Remote

Our client, a global logistics provider committed to delivering top-tier service, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team.

You will be part of a dynamic company offering flexibility to work from home and an exciting opportunity to impact the business by developing and managing new ventures.

Work hours: Monday-Friday. Remote position with all equipment provided by the company.

  • Salary up to £60,000 + 10% Commission (DOE)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a sales team with extensive sales experience in the industry.
  • Proven experience selling air, sea, or road freight services.

  • Handle inquiries and generate quotations efficiently.
  • Organize and conduct productive business meetings to discuss logistical requirements.
  • Lead marketing initiatives across social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Branch Manager, or Regional Sales Manager within the freight forwarding industry is essential.
  • Must have worked for a freight forwarding company with excellent sector knowledge.
  • Extensive experience in freight forwarding is required.
