Strategic Sales Manager (FinTech/Cryptocurrency/Stablecoin/Remote)

Our client is the largest and first licensed on/off-ramp platform for stablecoins in Africa. They focus on innovative solutions in the African stablecoins space, aiming to make stablecoins accessible and understandable, providing secure and user-friendly platforms for financial transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:
  • 7 years of experience in Business Development or Head of Sales roles
  • Experience in full-cycle B2B sales, onboarding, integration, and partnership management
  • Strong closing abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly, make tough decisions, and influence broadly
  • Thorough understanding of FinTech/Cryptocurrency space
  • Knowledge of B2B discipline, client management, and third-party distribution channels
  • Experience selling API solutions and partnering with product teams
  • Ability to ensure compliance with policies and standards
  • Act as a technical liaison between B2B, service engineering, and business teams
  • Build solutions that drive growth
  • Combine industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and customer focus to improve performance
  • Operate transparently in a no-politics environment
Responsibilities:
