Our client is the largest and first licensed on/off-ramp platform for stablecoins in Africa. They focus on innovative solutions in the African stablecoins space, aiming to make stablecoins accessible and understandable, providing secure and user-friendly platforms for financial transactions.

Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in Business Development or Head of Sales roles
- Experience in full-cycle B2B sales, onboarding, integration, and partnership management
- Strong closing abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly, make tough decisions, and influence broadly
- Thorough understanding of FinTech/Cryptocurrency space
- Knowledge of B2B discipline, client management, and third-party distribution channels
- Experience selling API solutions and partnering with product teams
- Ability to ensure compliance with policies and standards
- Act as a technical liaison between B2B, service engineering, and business teams
- Build solutions that drive growth
- Combine industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and customer focus to improve performance
- Operate transparently in a no-politics environment
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new business and partners, including prospecting and contract negotiations
- Identify target clients and segments
- Generate and manage partnerships from start to execution
- Conduct quarterly reviews with leadership and promote partnerships
- Manage partner pipeline and report weekly
- Visit partners and attend events to ensure success
- Achieve or surpass revenue targets
- Negotiate business terms and coordinate with stakeholders for agreements
- Drive new business revenues from financial institutions and affinity markets
- Build product offerings to meet client needs
- Regularly review and promote partnerships for resource allocation
