Opportunity to implement and shape the sales framework for a dynamic, fast-growing technology SME in Peterborough. You will have the freedom to develop your own ideas and strategies in collaboration with the Senior leadership team.
Experience in developing sales processes, strategies, and structures to enable a business to follow a consistent process in a constantly evolving market sector (AI and modern technological innovations).
An interest in Software, IT, AI, or technology is advantageous.
This is a newly created senior role working closely with the Technical Director to shape the company's future direction.
We are open to diverse backgrounds, but ideally, candidates will have some interest or exposure to IT, Software, or Technology, or possess a network within Universities, Charities, or Not-for-profit organisations. Suitable roles include sales manager, sales leadership, strategic sales, commercial manager, or Head of Sales.
